For a few cents per flag, find out which residential phone numbers are registered with a state or the federal do-not-call registry. Any organization that makes outbound calls is required to have an internal do-not-call policy by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Do-not-call indicator flags can be included with our phone append service by request. An “N” will be appended in a field separate from the phone number if the number is on a state or federal registry. This service can be completed in just a few hours.
The Federal Communications Commission do-not-call laws apply to telemarketing calls only. Calls made to residential lines or personal wireless lines for informational or survey purposes or HIPAA related matters are exempt.
