Files received between the hours of 8am to 7pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed within a few hours of receipt. Files received after 7pm will be returned the next business day. Files received after 7pm on Friday will be returned Monday. If you have multiple files to upload for processing, please request an account with our secure file transfer system.
