How do I get started using ILS services?
- Determine if a privacy agreement is needed before information is transferred

Appliance
What are your Appliance lease terms?
Appliances with customized input and reporting screens require an annual contract. Appliances with no flexibility on file layout requirements are available for 6 months. 6 month appliances are leased as-is without any customization.
What operating system is on the Appliance?
Windows 7, 64-bit
Who installs the appliance on our company network?
ILS can help your IT department to integrate the appliance into your network. However, companies are free to order an Appliance and install it themselves.
Why can’t I get an exact price estimate?
Minimum file fees are a flat rate, however cost is based on the information appended when a file is larger than the minimum file fee. Match rates vary by file so exact prices are impossible to predict until we have the matching results.
What file formats do you accept?
Comma delimited, tab delimited, fixed length, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
How long does it take to process a file?
Files containing less than a 500,000 records will be returned within a few hours of receipt. Files containing more than 500,000 to 2 million records will take around 5 to 6 hours to return.
I lost the file ILS processed last month. Can you resend me the output file?
Yes, ILS keeps customer output files for 3 months as a courtesy to our customers.
Will my data be sold to a third party?
No. ILS has strict policies regarding the internal handling of customer’s files in-house. Information in customer’s file is used for matching purposes by the ILS program only. No information is extracted or stored from the files we receive.
Does ILS provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before processing a file?
A signed NDA is not required to process files. If your company requires an NDA to be signed before sending a file, an ILS sales associate can assist you with the required paperwork.
Do you offer a secure method of transmitting files?
Yes, ILS has a FIPS certified FTP channel to send and receive files. Individual or company accounts are available, free of charge.
