Files of current customers, members, or subscribers are eligible for email appending. Your records are matched against an opt-in email database complied from a variety of web sites, vendors, and list providers that collect email addresses where the individual has given permission for their information to be shared.
Each address is given 5 to 7 business days to opt-out of receiving future emails from you as required by the FTC’s CAN-SPAM Act. The minimum file charge is $700; $0.15 per appended opt-in email after the minimum cost has been met. Match rates for individual email append range from 5%-24%.
Business Email Append
Person specific emails can be appended with match rates ranging from 5%-15% of the total file. Overall match rages are lower than individual email append, but business emails have a sgnificantly lower number of Opt-Outs. The turnaround time is also 5 to 7 business days for people to decide if they wish to receive future emails from you. Minimum file charge is $700; $0.55 per appended email after minimum has been met.
The Opt-Out Process
An email is sent to each matching address inviting them to receive online communications from you. This email message is customized and approved by you. Our experience shows that most consumers prefer to receive email rather than postal mail and over 93% grant permission to release their email addresses.
